M1s wrapped up for Christmas in dramatic style leaving it late to see off Market Harborough with a last minute penalty corner conversion from Riki 'WesselMania' Wessels. After the game was delayed by 90 minutes whilst the pitch thawed out Boots dominated the first half but couldnt find the net, then an early Christmas gift midway through the 2nd half for a harborough forward put him clean through to give Harborough the lead, Boots rallied and found an equaliser from a 60th minute Fonters penalty stroke and in the final 10 minutes the pressure told to give Riki a last minute points clincher.
