With annual membership fees due for the coming season we wanted to let you know about some changes to how we will collect payments this season. Please have a read of this news article to find out more...
Please note: Any member as with unpaid fees from 2018-19 will not be eligible to play for any club team from 1st September 2019 until they clear last years fees. This season the committee intend to enforce late payment fees and ensure that players are removed from squads if their membership fees remain unpaid (or a Direct Debit instruction set up) after 31st October 2019.
To reduce both administration time and costs of processing transactions, this season all payments will be collected by settlement of website accounts using Go Cardless, this includes match fees and expenses (see previous article to find out more). Payment of Annual Membership Fees can be made in full or over 3 instalments.
To help reduce the administration burden we’d like as many members as possible to set up recurring direct debits, almost half of the club already choose to pay this way. Click this link for a quick guide to paying your statement. Click here if you need to Reset Your Website Account Password

With regard to Direct Debit payments please note:
Accounts are generated monthly by the membership system on the 15th day of each month, Direct Debit payments will then be requested from bank accounts on or around the 1st of each month.
Due to the administration tasks taking longer than expected there will be no increase in fees for members signing up for Direct Debit where the first installment is not collected before the end of October. As long as your Direct Debit or club account is setup you will pay the lower rate.
