KIT ORDERS

Please note that lead times for kit orders are approximately 1 to 2 weeks from the end of the week you place an order. Frog Island Sport will contact you when it is ready for collection, or send it to you if you don't fancy the trip to Leicester ... but they are having to deal with multiple calls/emails from people enquiring when their kit is ready which is slowing the process down!
The process for the kit supply is that Frog Island Sport will generally consolidate an order to Grays each week (generally received within one work week) then print and embroider the kit to get it ready. Please also consider that they are trying to deal with the early season rush for a number of clubs, not just us, and have had to initially focus on fulfilling orders for new sponsored kit sets for the men's & ladies' 1st teams.
Depending on when you order, you may get your kit within 10 days, but please allow up to 21 days for delivery - bear in mind that we are having the kit customised and they cannot hold the levels of stock required for instant turn around.
We appreciate that people are keen to get their hands on their new kit, but please try & be patient rather than chasing them for updates.
